Jon Bon Jovi's new movie - a thriller set in World War II, titled 'U-571' - has been critisized by American censors for being too violent.
The ratings board explained that one of the film's most violent scenes, in which Jon BonJovi has his head blown off in slow motion, had to be cut out or else young Bon Jovi fans wouldn't be allowed to see it. 'U-571' will be screened for the first time in the U.S.A. on 21/4/00 and be on at cinemas in the U.K. some time in summer.

Alison has written a not yet published book about it all. However, Carey insists that she has always financially supported her older sister, who's been in rehabilitation several times.

Huey Lewis has pulled his hit "Hip To Be Square" from the soundtrack to the film 'American Psycho', not because of the film's deranged violence (or because of objections from Lewis to the graphic contentas, as claimed by Koch Records) but apparently because he had only agreed to have the song used in the film and not on the soundtrack. It is reported that all versions of the soundtrack with "Hip To Be Square" will be destroyed.

Unbelievably Prince has split from his Spanish wife Mayte after a massive bust-up in a New York night club. Apparently she partied upstairs without him and even continued untroubled after having had a row with him on the dance floor. The two of them have been reported to always having had an open relationship.
As Mayte lives in New York and Spain most of the time while Prince is in Minneapolis it has put a strain on their relationship, besides the fact that Prince has a very possessive side to his character.
